EDUCATION: Preferable Technical graduation. LANGUAGE: Fluent English EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Experience with Cisco switches SAN fabrics and EMC Symmetrix frames Working experience with EMC management tools such as ECC SymCLI Navisphere Familiarity with various technical operating system platforms and networking technologies. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Own and lead the technical activities across all storage technologies Ensure any incidents related to storage are resolved in a timely manner Ensure all storage requirements are delivered within agreed SLA timeframe Analyze and report on storage infrastructure performance and capacity trends Execute some of the technical activities to maintain practical technical knowledge and documentation accuracy.
